Before you begin
- If you wear glasses or contact lenses for distance, keep them on (unless told otherwise).
- Sit in a well-lit room and set your screen brightness high.
- Calibrate your screen once — it takes 30 seconds and makes the results accurate.

Viewing distance
Choose how far your eyes are from the screen during the tests. Use a tape measure or roughly 1 arm's length ≈ 60 cm.

Do all the lines look equally dark and sharp?

Keep looking at the center dot the whole time.

On which background do the black rings look sharper and darker?
